At the Select Brands school of wines and spirits we:

WSET Level 1 – For Wait staff who need a
basic introduction to wines and wine enthusiasts

The aim of the course is to give a basic introduction to wine with basic food & wine pairing.

(Successful students will receive a certificate and SBIWS Certificate of Completion)

WSET Level 2 – Favoured by wine and spirit industry professionals, providing comprehensive product knowledge. It is equally suitable for passionate wine enthusiasts.

The aim of the course is to focus on the key grape varieties and regions of the world and principle varieties of spirits.
